 Dr. David Mackel has a special interest in the conservative treatment of arthritis of the knee including knee arthroscopy and knee joint fluid replacement therapy (viscosupplementation) with Hyalgan, a naturally found form of hyaluronic acid. He also provides general orthopedic care for conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, sports medicine, shoulder pain, fractures and other joint pain at Hendersonville Orthopedics.
